E-Transcript
E-Transcript is an electronic read-only transcript that is encrypted for
security and is virus protected. It is a means by which we can send your transcript via e-mail.
You will be able to decide how you'd like to print out your transcript, whether you'd like a full-sized
copy with index or you'd prefer to print out a condensed copy. Many clients prefer to receive their
rough draft transcript and their final transcript in E-TranscriptTM form as opposed to ascii and a
preprinted condensed transcript. It is also possible to have an electronically signed transcript.
According to RealLegal, E-Transcript signatures follow statutory guidelines for admissibility.
Now possible with E-Transcript is an Exhibit Viewer. The transcript and
exhibits can be bundled together on CD. It will be possible to zoom,
specify best fit, rotate and scroll through exhibit pages, with no special
software required!
E-Binder
If you have Real Legal Binder software, you'll have the option to import the
bundle into Binder 5.5. Within the Real Legal Binder product, the
exhibits will be digitally linked within the transcript for ease of viewing
separately or side by side with the corresponding transcript page. It's
also possible with the Binder product to have video links to the transcript
as desired.
As a particular case develops, updated bundles can be provided with added
transcripts and exhibits.
